SPIN Global is a Maryland-based public benefit corporation that exists to disrupt disasters from neighborhoods to nations. We are seeking qualified applicants to build a deployment-ready cadre, prepared to support response operations as opportunities arise. Applicants must possess a FEMA Entry on Duty (EOD).

‬‬‬Responsibilities

  • Develop, analyze, and deliver comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data.
  • Ensure reports align with organizational and project-specific objectives.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and insights within data to support strategic planning.
  • Present findings through clear and impactful visualizations and summaries.
  • Maintain documentation and data integrity throughout the reporting process.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field and 10 years of experience in a relevant field; or
    • Graduate-level degree or professional registration with 5 years of experience in a relevant field; or
    • 15 years of experience in a relevant field in lieu of a degree.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in reporting tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey findings effectively.
  • Work onsite in North Carolina.
  • EOD Required.
