SPIN Global is a Maryland-based public benefit corporation that exists to disrupt disasters from neighborhoods to nations. We are seeking qualified applicants to build a deployment-ready cadre, prepared to support response operations as opportunities arise. Applicants must possess a FEMA Entry on Duty (EOD).

‬‬‬Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of multiple projects.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment across projects.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to project managers and team members.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related technical field.
  • 10 years of experience performing program management functions, including prior experience as a Project Manager on multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.
• Work onsite in North Carolina.
• EOD Required.
