SPIN Global is a Maryland-based public benefit corporation that exists to disrupt disasters from neighborhoods to nations. We are seeking qualified applicants to build a deployment-ready cadre, prepared to support response operations as opportunities arise. Applicants must possess a FEMA Entry on Duty (EOD).
Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Manager in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of multiple projects.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment across projects.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to project managers and team members.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related technical field.
- 10 years of experience performing program management functions, including prior experience as a Project Manager on multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.
- Work onsite in North Carolina.
- EOD Required.
