SPIN Global is a Maryland-based public benefit corporation that exists to disrupt disasters from neighborhoods to nations. We are seeking qualified applicants to build a deployment-ready cadre, prepared to support response operations as opportunities arise. Applicants must possess a FEMA Entry on Duty (EOD).

‬‬‬Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale programs, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and organizational standards.
  • Develop and execute program strategies, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Supervise and mentor project managers and program staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment.
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project quality and integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and guidelines throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Compile and present detailed program reports, metrics, and evaluations to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related technical field.
  • Experience:
    • 15 years of experience in program management functions, including previous experience as a Project Manager on multiple complex projects.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Work onsite in North Carolina.
  • EOD Required.
