SPIN Global is a Maryland-based public benefit corporation that exists to disrupt disasters from neighborhoods to nations. We are seeking qualified applicants to build a deployment-ready cadre, prepared to support response operations as opportunities arise. Applicants must possess a FEMA Entry on Duty (EOD).

‬‬‬Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities for disaster management programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage schedules, deliverables, and communication for program stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for program execution, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and program records to ensure transparency and accuracy.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Assist with resource allocation and program budgeting as needed.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and recommend actionable solutions to program challenges.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience:
    • 5 years of experience in a related field with a Bachelor's degree; or
    • 10 years of experience in a related field without a Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in program coordination, project management, or disaster management programs.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Work onsite in North Carolina.
  • EOD Required.
