SPIN Global is a Maryland-based public benefit corporation that exists to disrupt disasters from neighborhoods to nations. We are seeking qualified applicants to build a deployment-ready cadre, prepared to support response operations as opportunities arise. Applicants must possess a FEMA Entry on Duty (EOD).

  • Develop and implement project plans that align with organizational goals and client requirements.
  • Analyze project scope, timelines, and deliverables to identify risks and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Support strategic planning efforts to enhance organizational resilience and capacity.
  • Stay updated on best practices and industry trends in planning and project management.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in a field of expertise; or
    • Graduate-level degree or professional registration with 2 years of experience in a field of expertise; or
    • 10 years of experience in a field of expertise without a degree.
  • Proven expertise in project management and organizational planning.
  • Strong proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Work onsite in North Carolina.
  • EOD Required.
