Location
Remote, with potential nationwide travel and disaster deployment responsibilities. Relocation to Washington, D.C., may be required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Designs, develops and delivers training materials at awareness, performance or management levels.
- Conduct assessments to determine training needs.
- Create instructional materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, presentations, and handouts.
- Define clear learning objectives and outcomes for each training program.
- Select appropriate instructional methods, such as lectures, workshops, simulations, and e-learning.
- Ensure all training materials, tools, and resources are available and up to date.
- Develop and implement tools for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
- Gather feedback from participants through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Develop and manage training schedules and calendars.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years’ experience
- Instructional design, delivery, project management, and evaluation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field of study.
- Knowledge and experience with Chambers of Commerce financial institutions, lending agencies, non-profit groups, and government agencies.

- Advisory Role: Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert recommendations and insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering value.
- Complete project work gets efficiently and satisfactory as directed by the team, the “SPIN Global Way”.
- Ensure excellence on deliverables and maintain client satisfaction, spotting and correcting issues before they impact project timelines.
