SPIN Global is a Maryland-based public benefit corporation that exists to disrupt disasters from neighborhoods to nations. We are seeking qualified applicants to build a deployment-ready cadre, prepared to support response operations as opportunities arise. Applicants must possess a FEMA Entry on Duty (EOD).

‬‬‬Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the PMO to develop and deliver training programs tailored to meet client needs across local, state, national, and international levels.
  • Implement program management methodologies and best practices within the context of disaster fieldwork.
  • Create, review, and update training content that aligns with PMO standards, ensuring consistency across all deliverables.
  • Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one training sessions for diverse stakeholders.
  • Support PMO initiatives to track and measure the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior trainers, providing feedback to align with organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience in a relevant field of expertise; OR
    • Graduate-level degree or professional registration with 5 years of experience in a relevant field; OR
    • 15 years of experience in a relevant field of expertise.
  • Proven experience working in or supporting a Program Management Office (PMO).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to various audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and responsiveness to changing guidance and priorities.

  • Work onsite in North Carolina.
