SPIN Global is a Maryland-based public benefit corporation that exists to disrupt disasters from neighborhoods to nations. We are seeking qualified applicants to build a deployment-ready cadre, prepared to support response operations as opportunities arise. Applicants must possess a FEMA Entry on Duty (EOD).
Responsibilities
- Manage project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to meet project objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and fostering transparent communication.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and optimize outcomes.
Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience; or
- 10 years of experience in a related field in lieu of a degree.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management tools and frameworks.
- Work onsite in North Carolina.
- EOD Required.
