SPIN Global is a Maryland-based public benefit corporation that exists to disrupt disasters from neighborhoods to nations. We are seeking qualified applicants to build a deployment-ready cadre, prepared to support response operations as opportunities arise. Applicants must possess a FEMA Entry on Duty (EOD).

‬‬‬Responsibilities

  • Manage project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to meet project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and fostering transparent communication.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and optimize outcomes.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience; or
    • 10 years of experience in a related field in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and frameworks.
  • Work onsite in North Carolina.
  • EOD Required.
