SPIN Global is a Maryland-based public benefit corporation that exists to disrupt disasters from neighborhoods to nations. We are seeking qualified applicants to build a deployment-ready cadre, prepared to support response operations as opportunities arise. Applicants must possess a FEMA Entry on Duty (EOD).
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, including preparation, negotiation, execution, and compliance.
- Develop and implement contract management strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with internal stakeholders to address contract requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential contract-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures throughout the contract management process.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on contract-related best practices and policies.
- Stay current with industry trends and legal developments related to contract management.
Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Law, Contracts, Purchasing, Economics, Industrial Management, Marketing, Quantitative Methods, or Organization and Management.
- 10 years of experience in contract management and/or a related field.
- 120 hours of continuing professional education in contract management or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation, and administration practices.
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work onsite in North Carolina.
- EOD Required.
