SPIN Global is a Maryland-based public benefit corporation that exists to disrupt disasters from neighborhoods to nations. ‬‬‬Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, including preparation, negotiation, execution, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement contract management strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with internal stakeholders to address contract requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential contract-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures throughout the contract management process.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on contract-related best practices and policies.
  • Stay current with industry trends and legal developments related to contract management.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Law, Contracts, Purchasing, Economics, Industrial Management, Marketing, Quantitative Methods, or Organization and Management.
    • 10 years of experience in contract management and/or a related field.
  • 120 hours of continuing professional education in contract management or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation, and administration practices.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work onsite in North Carolina.
  • EOD Required.
